Agreement

By using Stack, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Stack is a personal purchase and warranty tracking app. The app allows you to:

• Scan and store receipts
• Track warranties and receive expiry reminders
• View spending insights and analytics
• Store product photos and purchase details

All data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via Apple iCloud.

Subscriptions & Payments

Stack offers a free tier with up to 5 items. To unlock unlimited items, you can subscribe to Stack Pro.

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you add to Stack, including receipt images, product photos, and purchase data.

You are responsible for the content you store in the app. We do not access, review, or moderate your content.

AI-Powered Features

Stack uses artificial intelligence to extract information from receipt images. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI extraction results may contain errors
• You should review and verify extracted data before saving
• We are not liable for inaccurate extractions

Data & Storage

Your data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We do not store your data on any external servers.

• You can delete all your data at any time via Settings
• Deleting the app will remove all local data
• iCloud data is managed by Apple's policies

Limitation of Liability

Stack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data due to device failure or iCloud issues
• Missed warranty expiry notifications
• Inaccurate receipt data extraction
• Any decisions made based on information in the app

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
